In particular, the Level 1 training course takes place in 2 days 14 and 15 October 2016 with the participation of 13 service consultants in Mazda passenger car dealers under Northern Branch having Level F certificate; Level 2 training course takes place on 21 and 22 October 2016 at Long Bien Mazda Showroom for 32 Mazda passenger car service consultants at the dealers under Northern and Southern Branches having Level 1 certificates.

During the training, the attendees were instructed on how to implement the 12-step procedures as per Mazda standards; received basic auto knowledge and warranty policy from the distributors. In addition, students participate in theoretical and practical tests in order to be certified Level 1, Level 2 certificates, to complete the training targets required by the Japanese Mazda.
