This is an annual activity at the Complex. Attending this year program were 150 members from 25 factories, companies, units divided into 18 teams. The teams take part in 2 parts: Theories of Labor Hygiene and Safety, Environment Protection, Fire Prevention at the units, laws of Labor Hygiene and Safety and Fire Prevention; Practice with the 4x100m relay to do the first aids and spray water into the target box. In the end, the first prize belonged to the Security Guard team; the second prize came to Chu Lai - Truong Hai Vocational College; Villa - Tam Ky Showroom received the 3rd prize, and Autocom - AEC got the consolation prize.

The program is not only to let the unit to reevaluate the labor hygiene and safety and fire prevention so that the employees can elevate their awareness, knowledge, and practice of the skills in labor hygiene and safety, and fire prevention at their working places. It also helped spreading social and humane messages to the community, demonstrating THACO employees' determination to accompany the company to establish and maintain a safe, efficient labor environment, contributing to protect the health and life quality of the laborers.
