Internal teacher professional training course in Northern Branch
During the program, the participants were introduced to useful knowledge in terms of methodologies of training course design, training method classification; teaching materials building; lesson planning as well as necessary skills to master teaching techniques and information technology application into teaching (such as develop lessons on PowerPoint and convert to E-learning materials). Besides, the students were given the chance to demo teaching. At the end of the course, the employees had a assessment test. Course 2 of the program is expected to take place on 14 and 15 June 2016 in Northern Branch.
