HVG has had 15 years working in catfish processing and exporting, volumes of which were the biggest in Vietnam. The corporation owns an enclosed value chain from animal nutrition production, farming, processing, to exporting, which applies high-quality European protocols.

According to the agreement, THADI buys a 35-percent stake in HVG, engages in its management in terms of organization restructuring, strategic planning, and financial support. 
Besides, the company also acquires a 65-percent stake in THADI - HVG partnership in pig farming which will complies with European Food Safety Authority standards (for domestic and export markets).
