Participating customers had their cars inspected, diagnosed, and washed free of charge. In addition, customers received explanations in terms of car use and maintenance, guidance on how to change the spare tires and start the batteries on real cars. With relentless efforts in improving the services and service attitudes, the program has acquired customers' satisfaction with 30 cars under maintenance.
