In early 2023, THACO donated more than VND20 billion to the Fund for the Needy through Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees in 53 provinces and cities across Vietnam. The annual program has been implemented by the Vietnamese corporation since 2017 to support the provinces in their social security programs, take care of the underprivileged and celebrate the Lunar New Year.

At its 25th anniversary ceremony, THACO pledged to commit to its 5-year social welfare program in 2023-27 with a total amount of VND500 billion, including VND100 billion for the fund via Vietnam Fatherland Front committees of provinces and cities nationwide.

Since its establishment, THACO has contributed over VND180,000 billion to the national budget. In 2022, THACO spent nearly VND130 billion in its CSR activities, including Fund for the Needy, charity houses for poor fishermen in Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces in response to Vietnam Red Cross Society's campaign, medical equipment donations for hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Nam Province, sponsoring cultural and educational institutions at two Lao-Vietnamese friendship schools in Attapeu and Sekong provinces, giving scholarships and more in hopes to spread humanity and contribute to the overall national development.
