Nearly 370 students receive "Study Well – Live Well" 2024 award

THACO AUTO Production Division, THACO INDUSTRIES, and THADICO Chu Lai Office recently held the “Study Well – Live Well” 2024 awards ceremony to recognize nearly 370 children of employees.

THACO AUTO Production Division: Many students have gained recognition from the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation

THACO AUTO Production Division celebrated the achievements of its employees’ children on August 19 with the “Study Well – Live Well” awards ceremony.
A total of 192 THACO AUTO employees’ children were recognized for achieving the award this year. Among them, the Production Division had 82 students, including 52 primary students, 28 secondary and high school students, and 2 university students. Notably, ten students received special honors from the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Doan Dat Ninh, Vice President of THACO AUTO Production, encouraged the students to strive for excellence not only in academics but also in developing essential skills, a positive outlook, and a strong sense of purpose, growing into well-rounded individuals characterized by good health, knowledge, and strong moral character.

Chau Thi Ngoc Anh, the daughter of Mr. Chau Ngoc Cuong, a final assembly worker at the THACO KIA Plant, has maintained her excellent academic achievements for twelve consecutive years and has impressive recognitions in various Excellent Student competitions. She shared: “I’d like to express my gratitude to the company’s directors for their heartfelt support. Now entering the university, I am committed to hard work and striving for excellence to live up to the expectations of my family and the company's care and encouragement.”

THACO INDUSTRIES: 130 children of employees achieve the "Study Well – Live Well” award

On August 10, THACO INDUSTRIES recognized the achievements of 130 employees’ children with the “Study Well – Live Well” 2024 award.

Mr. Huynh Quang Nhung, THACO INDUSTRIES Business Vice President and Chairman of the Trade Union, extended his congratulations and commendation to the high-achieving students. He encouraged them to continue the aim for excellence, becoming individuals with strong health, knowledge, and character, thereby meeting the expectations of their families and community. The Business Vice President also warmly welcomed the students as future members of the THACO INDUSTRIES family.

Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhu, the daughter of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuong Vi, Head of Gear Stick Cover Line at Auto Seat Plant shared: “We are thankful to the Group for providing our parents with excellent working conditions and a stable income. Your care and encouragement mean a lot to us. The Study Well – Live Well awards ceremony is a truly meaningful event that inspires us to strive for excellence in our studies and future efforts.”

THADICO Chu Lai Office: Nurturing the national “future generation”

THADICO held the Study Well – Live Well 2024 Awards Ceremony from August 8 to 16, honoring 46 students whose parents are employees at its corporations and subsidiaries.

Of the 46 students recognized for the Study Well – Live Well award, 13 were from the Ho Chi Minh City Executive Office and 33 were from the Chu Lai Office.

Nguyen Ha Linh in Grade 9, the daughter of Ms. Phan Thi Thom from THADICO Construction Economics Department shared: “The award has inspired me to be more confident in my studies and personal growth. I promise to work hard and do my best to live up to the expectations of my parents, teachers, and everyone who has supported me.”

The children also had the opportunity to tour the THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park. This enriching experience allowed them to explore the Group's production processes, gain insights into their parents' work environment, and spark their curiosity and drive to learn and develop new skills.
