Final round of THACO Professionalism Competition 2016



These are the service consultants of Mazda, KIA, and Peugeot having KSAP-1 or Mazda Master Level F certificate. In the final round, the contestants demonstrated their knowledge and skills via the theory and practice tests. In term of theoretical quiz, the contestants answered 40 closed questions in terms of product techniques, warranty, roles of service consultants, 10-step service procedure and other soft skills. In the practice test, they competed in skill of vehicle handing to customers after maintenance, solving customers’ complaints on errors on the cars.


The competition ended with the Bronze award to Mr Nguyen Thanh Thao – Mazda Hue; Silver award to Mr Phung Tien Dung – Mazda Giai Phong; and the Gold award to the best service consultant Nguyen Thanh Binh – Mazda Thai Nguyen.
