Factories and units under Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex to implement their plans in 2016
At the conference, factories, companies, and units members read the entire 11th message of THACO Chairman and implemented the plans and tasks in 2016 of their units with specific targets, tasks and solutions. In terms of vehicle, component and spare part production and assembly plants, their key task is to promote applications and innovation of technologies; improve and upgrade existing production lines; improve productivity, quality and localization rate of the products; promote research, design, and development of new products; lower costs, and reduce product prices.
The delivery - transportation units will concentrate on upgrading and finishing the logistics chain, and reducing costs while expanding sea transportation markets, exploiting more inland and international container transporting routes. The investment and construction units continue to complete the construction planning, finish the infrastructure of the auto machinery Industrial Park, Port and Port logistics Industrial Park and coordinate with the relevant units on investment promotion; construct the new plants according to THACO's policy; complete the planning for Tam Hiep Urban zone and implement its phase 1 construction. Regarding the Vocational College, the school will completely renew its training programs to meet the technological development and be in line with the actual production at the Complex.
Administrative departments in Chu Lai Office will focus on improving the professionalism, standards and expertise of their staff, gradually elevating their operations to support the company and units efficiently; implement good operation governance and financial management; build and promote the core cultural values of the company in the spirit of the 11th message being "build and create the essential values for integration".
