After implementing the orientations and plans of the company and Complex, the factories, companies, and units launch their plans and assignments in the remaining 6 months with specific target and operations; also discussed and offered solutions to overcome the shortcomings and limitations in order to implement the set plans and tasks.

For the auto, components and spare part manufacture and assembly factories, the key tasks from now on to the end of the year are to expand and upgrade the factories; focus on innovations, application and receipt of technology transfer; increase the production capacity and labor productivity, embrace technical innovations and improvements; upgrade R & D activities, line optimization solutions, accelerate the application of information technology in production management; perform thoroughly the quality control, particularly focus on improving the localization rate and reducing the cost to participate in the global value chains. The delivery - transport units will concentrate on upgrading and perfecting the logistics chain, and reducing costs; while expanding the sea shipping market, negotiating with the CKD shipping companies from abroad directly to Chu Lai - Truong Hai Port; improving the infrastructure and investing in equipment for loading and unloading, and becoming a general cargo port having special subdivisions.

The investment and constructions units implement and expedite the projects: expand the auto machinery IP, phase-1 infrastructure construction (80 hectares), expand Chu Lai - Truong Hai harbor bridge, construct new factories according to the Company policies, carry out Tam Hiep urban zone project; restructure Investment Division and reconstruct the project management model with the participation of Dai Quang Minh company in planning, design; improve construction competence and professionalism in basic construction; develop the Complex services in an efficient way. Regarding the Vocational College, its training programs will be completely changed to meet the technological development and actual production at the Complex; complete the procedures to establish 2 training branches in Northern and Southern area.

Chu Lai administrative and professional units will focus on improving the professionalism, standards and expertise of staff, gradually elevating their professionalism to efficiently support the companies and units; implement good professional governance and financial management; build and promote core cultural values of the company, promote the propagation of fire prevention, traffic safety, and behavioral culture, etc. for all employees.
