Exchange program with students in class THACO engineers – Da Nang University of Technology
In 2016, THACO and Da Nang University of Technology signed the cooperation to train the Mechanics Engineer class for students who want to become future engineers at the plants in Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex. There were 26 participating students. The class aims to look for and develop high-quality human resource for THACO, and enable them to improve knowledge, practical skills, professionalism to meet the job requirements.
Apart from the curriculum provided by the Ministry of Education, the students will learn the most practical and newest knowledge in auto mechanics; they will be able to practice on modern high-tech lines at the auto, spare parts, and component manufacture and assembly plants. Besides, they will receive tuition support and will work at THACO upon their graduation.
During the program, the students listened to the company profile, training programs, working environment, and development opportunity at Truong Hai. The company leaders also committed to continue its companionship with the school in its training, scientific research, technology application and transfer to provide the best support in the students’ learning and working. Expectedly, after this class, THACO and Da Nang University of Technology will open new training courses for the Mechanics students.
