"Customer service" training in Southern Branch

The training course helped students understand the role of sales department leaders in operating and managing team; and equipped knowledge and skills in sales activities for students, such as market information, target establishment, customer exploitation - sales - care.

After the program, participants will apply their knowledge to practical work to promote the role of sales department leaders, thereby improving the efficiency and sales of each group and unit. Under the plan, "Sales team organization and management skills" courses 2 &3 will be held on 17 March and 24 March respectively.
