Creative thinking method training in Chu Lai - Truong Hai complex
Participants in the training course coached by Assoc. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai - THACO Technical and Training Advisor have been taught the main contents including: Introduction to Creativity; The roles of innovation at the Complex; Creative thinking methods; The conditions for creative thinking; 6 thinking hats method. Through the theoretical session with the discussions from the questions and the factual evidence suggested by Assoc. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai, the participants had the opportunity to update new knowledge such as brainstorming, 6 thinking hat methods or the application of mindmap - an effective and fruitful supporting tool in practical work.
This is a special subject in the regular training program of the Professionalism Development Center at the Complex to enhance the staff's creative thinking for production - business development.
