Consultation and guidelines to use THACO Frontier K165S and THACO Hyundai Mighty HD650, HD450 trucks for the customer
During the program, the officers and drivers were introduced to the light-weight diesel engine THACO Frontier K165S trucks, mid-weight THACO Hyundai Mighty HD650, HD450 trucks; consultation and guidelines to use the vehicles, the importance of the periodical maintenance, genuine warranty and vehicle parts policy.
In addition, the participants were advised on the vehicle inspection procedure before driving and how to control some technical errors on roads. Concurrently, the system of THACO spare parts service and agents across the country was also informed. After the program, customers commented that the consultation was very helpful and they would continue to invest in more vehicles in the coming time.
The event is among THACO's customer support strategy in order to elevate the using values of the products and to bond with customers who have trusted and accompanied with THACO commercial vehicles.
