In this class, the students learnt the contents on conflict management, namely definition and causes of conflicts, conflict management process, and conflict solving methods, skills. The program was a combination of theories and discussions, illustrations and examples of solving conflicts in real situations, thereby helping the participants grasp the methods and skills to apply them in reality for better management quality.
