Conference of plan deployment for the last 6 months in 2017 - Corporation and Administrative & Governance Division
The program was attended by Mr Tran Ba Duong - Chairman, Mr Nguyen Hung Minh - Vice Chairman, General Director, members of Supervisor Board, Dai Quang Minh leadership, leaders of professional departments, Logistics Division, provincial branches, companies, factories, and the entire employees at the Head Office.
The conference listened to Mr Nguyen Hung Minh - THACO Vice Chairman, General Director presented the report for the Corporation, then reports from Passenger Car, Commercial Vehicle Sales Division, Manufacture Division, Auto Retail Division, and professional departments at the Head Office.
Speaking at the Conference, Chairman Tran Ba Duong stressed the operation and management in the direction of multi-disciplinary model in the coming time. Accordingly, the Professional Departments have to satisfy the least requirements to support and implement the management in manufacture and business, to issue regulations, and to monitor the compliance of subordinate units. Leadership from different units and departments have to deliver comprehensive governance by means of Corporation's Administrative & Governance Departments. In the coming period, it is necessary to establish a civil, fair, and outstanding working environment with a civilized, intellectual, daring workforce who can tackle challenges in their own will and motivation to devote, create a sustainable resource for THACO during integration.
