Communication skills training for Customer Service staff at the Northern Branch

The course focused on the contents including: basic communication skills and the communication model of Customer Care staff; Presentation skills; Explaining / persuasive skills; Listening skills and heat dissipation skills.

In the course, in addition to the theories, trainees also had practice in specific situations in teams, which provided them with opportunities to share their knowledge and experiences, concurrently to flexibly use the learnt knowledge in practical situations. By the end of the session, all participants have acquired the professional communication skills and behaviors towards customers. The next courses will be held from now through the end of the year in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
