Chu Lai-Truong Hai Complex arranges the 10th "THACO Pageant" program
The program took place in a vibrant atmosphere with the followings: review of the history of the International Women's Day 8 March and 1977th anniversary of Trung sisters rising; praising the typical female employees in the Complex in 2016; questions and answers of THACO vision, mission, and business philosophy, and Message No.12 of the Chairman; quizzes and collective games, etc. This was a meaningful festival to raise the spirit of collectivism, love, and pride towards THACO in the ladies.
Speaking at the event, Mr Nguyen Van Kim Lan - Vice Secretary of THACO Party Committee, Chairman of THACO Trade Union highly appreciated the roles, position, and contributions of the female employees in the development of THACO in general and of the Complex over the past time. He also encouraged the women to try more in overcoming difficulties, working with positive attitudes and high responsibility, pro-activeness, constant learning and practice, improvement of competence and skills to develop themselves and contribute to the company not only materials but also the values of spirit, culture, especially during integration; to be worthy of the 21st century women: healthy, witty, active and creative, good at both career and family chores.
