Joining the class, Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai - THACO Science, Technology and Training Advisor conveyed the useful contents in terms of the product design and development including: introduction to R & D; product development processes and skills; organizational structure of R & D; the R & D stages; R & D methods in the world; organization and work of R & D at Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex, etc. With abundant lecture contents collected from multiple famous documents on product design and development such as process maps of famous carmakers from France and Japan, the engineers were to improve their knowledge and skills needed for practical applications in the product design, research and development in the Complex.
