CBRE named Socar Mall's Exclusive Leasing Agent
The signing ceremony took place in Sala City with the participation of Mr. Tran Quang Trinh, the Deputy General Director of Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, and Ms. Dang Phuong Hang, the Managing Director of CBRE Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Socar Mall is the first large-scale commercial center in Sala City (District 2 – Ho Chi Minh City) developed by Dai Quang Minh Corp. The mall is expected to start operations by the beginning of the 4th quarter this year with the hope to bring new vibrations to the retail market of the local district and the entire city.
