Briefing of spare part service in first quarter of 2016 in Southern Branch

The meeting was to review the business operation of the spare parts service in the first quarter and deploy plans during the second quarter; business orientation for spare parts service at each factory, which focuses on solutions that enhance customer satisfaction for the after-sales service as well as receiving the inadequacies, solving operational problems in service factories.

It also discussed plans to implement training centers in Phu My Hung, Binh Duong, Tay Do and Da Nang according to the company orientation.
