Auto knowledge, communication skills, and teamwork skills training in the Complex
The Teamwork training course was organized on 19 and 26 May with the participation of 121 directors and executives at Chu Lai Office, companies and units; focusing on the following: Definition, classification of teams; roles, benefits, challenges and principles in teamwork; organization and continuation of teamwork; group planning methods; skills and methods of conflict solving during teamwork, etc. After the course, the students have perceived the roles, significance, and principles of teamwork, evaluated one's strong and weak points, and delivered positive attitudes in teamwork to better working performance.
On 17 and 24 May, the Communication skill class was opened with 123 attendees being engineers, executives, and directors.
On 23 May, the level-2 auto knowledge training course was held with 43 employees being workshop directors, group leaders, executives, and workers working at companies and units.
