During the event, General Director Nguyen Hung Minh read "Message No. 12" of Chairman Tran Ba Duong. Accordingly, the message specified the orientation and strategies in 2017 for passenger cars and commercial vehicles (trucks and buses); delivery and transport; distribution network and subsidiary showrooms; infrastructure investment and real estate activities; agricultural industrialization; management; and human resources.

General Director Nguyen Hung Minh also emphasized the training of human resources as this is the crucial element which decides the survival and development of the company. Notably, 2017 is the last year of the auto industry development when the domestic auto manufacture receives governmental support, and THACO will start to manufacture and sell vehicles in the context of ASEAN integration with harsher competition in 2018. 2017 marks the 20 years of THACO's establishment and development, therefore, the employees need to improve themselves in line with the company's growth.

In the end, representatives from the departments made their speech in response to Message No. 12 of the Chairman. All have manifested their determination and efforts to carry out the set target in 2017 in the spirit of Potential Reinforcement, THACO rising with sustainable development", bringing THACO to become the multi-industry conglomerate in ASEAN level.
