The conference was an opportunity for THACO leaders to share the accomplishments in 2016 and to launch the operational plan and business-manufacture strategies in 2017 in preparation for the whole new 2018. The event listened to the company review in 2016; plan deployment for 2017 of passenger cars and commercial vehicles division, Complex, units, and departments.

At the event, Chairman Tran Ba Duong had the sharing and reviews of the company situation and the operation orientation for 2017. Accordingly, he stressed the continued comprehensive restructure. Especially in 2017 which is an important milestone for the company, it is required that the employees, particularly the main officers must improve their management competence to meet the integration demands; constantly upgrade their knowledge and expertise, build up appropriate mindset in their normal life and workplace so that one could represent the company by means of their behaviors and demonstrate themselves as an ambassador for THACO brand to the society, government, and especially customers.
