2017 Plan Deployment Conference in Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex
During the conference, the units presented the operation orientation of the Corporation; deployed their 2017 plans and missions with specific aims, tasks, and solutions.
For the auto, spare parts and components plants, the main objectives are to strengthen technology application and renovations; improve capacity, quality, and local content; boost R&D activities; eliminate wastes, cut prices and costs.
The forwarding units expedited the plan to develop Chu Lai port with maritime and road transport into the logistics center of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Quang Nam, and the central area; to open the Japan - Chu Lai container shipping route in March; operate the expanded wharf in April; further cut 10% of the transport costs this year.
The investment and construction units continue to complete the infrastructure of Auto Mechanical IP, Port - Logistics IP; construct Tam Hiep - Chu Lai urban area and worker's houses, construct Nam Tam Anh - Chu Lai IP. The Vocational College will renew the syllabus to fit the technology development and production reality at the Complex.
Administrative units at Chu Lai office will focus on improving human resources in terms of professionalism, standards, and expertise, and levels of competence to support the units in achieving the 2017 set targets, getting ready for 2018 integration.
