THILOGI unveils 2025 business and management plans
On January 17, THILOGI held a conference to launch its 2025 business and management plans. The event was attended by THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong, who delivered a keynote address.

The conference featured reports on THILOGI's strategies, business plans, and management activities in 2025, with a vision extending to 2027. As the third year of its five-year plan (2023-2027), 2025 marks a pivotal moment for THILOGI. The company aims to refine its management practices, realize its feasible studies proposed before, and invest in logistics services according to its strategic direction. The year is expected to be a crucial foundation for THILOGI's sustainable growth as a leading logistics group in Central Vietnam.

In 2025, THILOGI's strategic goal is to develop a logistics network connecting northern Cambodia, southern Laos, the Central Highlands, Quang Nam Province, and neighboring provinces to the Chu Lai Port. The company plans to establish international maritime routes from Chu Lai to ports in China, South Korea, and Japan by investing in a container vessel fleet and providing door-to-door logistics services.
Additionally, THILOGI will enhance infrastructure and equipment, including dredging the Ky Ha channel to a 9.3-meter depth to accommodate large vessels, investing in modern, high-capacity container ships that meet emission standards, and operating direct maritime routes from Chu Lai to China, South Korea, and Japan. The company will also add high-power tugboats and invest in three RTG cranes at Chu Lai Port.

In his keynote address, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized the need for THILOGI to implement synchronized management practices, adopt new technologies, and accelerate digital transformation. He also stressed the importance of developing infrastructure, crafting strategies aligned with existing potential, and standardizing key services (seaports, road transport, forwarding) to deliver real value to customers. Furthermore, he highlighted the investment in international container ships for the Chu Lai-Shanghai route, connecting to South Korea, Japan, Europe, and the Americas, to facilitate the export of fresh fruit and import of spare parts. The goal is to develop Chu Lai Port into an international logistics hub, gradually reducing logistics costs to match those in the north and south, attracting investors and businesses to industrial parks in Quang Nam and Central Vietnam, contributing to national economic development.
Chairman Tran Ba Duong also underscored the importance of professional training for THILOGI staff, maintaining a positive work ethic, and fostering a conducive work environment with appropriate policies and incentives. He called for the development of a team of honest, courteous drivers who exhibit a culture of yielding in traffic, forming a sustainable core value. THILOGI is urged to focus all resources on creating breakthroughs in management and business solutions, enhancing the company's brand image.
