Nearly 80 leaders and future leaders from the THACO and THISO Management Boards participated in a training session on THACO's strategy and system governance addressed by THACO President Pham Van Tai.

The training session took place on March 21 to equip learners with a clear understanding of strategy, planning, system governance and human resources, so they can better fulfill their roles within the company and contribute to the company's sustainable development.

In the session, THACO President Pham Van Tai presented an overview of the company, encompassing its historical development, core values, and strategic direction. He further elaborated on THACO's governance structure, departmental functionalities, and the operational models employed by its Sub-holdings in their new development stage.

“The successful realization of the proposed goals and plans requires a collaborative effort within THACO's management team and between THACO and its Sub-holdings. Notably, THACO Headquarters should prioritize providing strategic guidance, fostering effective governance practices, and offering support to Sub-holdings to enhance the complementarity and integration across the system", stressed THACO President.

Participating in the training session, Mr. Vo Hoang Tu from THACO Accounting Department said: "The session provided valuable insights into overall strategy and the management models utilized by both THACO and its Sub-holdings. This newfound understanding will inform my personal development goals and plans. It was also a privilege to hear directly from THACO President Pham Van Tai and engage in knowledge exchange with other experienced employees in the company."

Providing a series of training courses on system strategy, emerging trends, and soft skills, THACO is equipping the headquarters personnel with the expertise and interpersonal skills necessary for leadership success, empowering a team of confident and capable leaders, prepared to guide the company towards achieving future goals.
