The drill simulates a fire outbreak in the Paint Workshop of THACO Plastic Components Plant, caused by a violation of fire and explosion prevention regulations. At the time of the incident, 275 employees are present in the factory and require immediate evacuation instructions. Additionally, one employee is trapped within the paint warehouse, one has suffered burn injuries, and two others are experiencing suffocation due to the fire's toxic gases. The fire poses a significant threat of spreading to surrounding areas and releasing further harmful fumes.

Upon the simulated fire outbreak, relevant teams immediately sprang into action, rehearsing the following steps: alarms were sounded, emergency telephone lines were used to report the incident, and designated personnel mobilized forces and vehicles to the scene. Power was cut off, and the main gas valve was shut down to prevent further fuel sources. Clear instructions were issued for evacuation, first aid procedures were administered to individuals with injuries or suffering from gas inhalation. The fire was closely monitored to determine the appropriate course of action. Firefighters utilized cylinders, pumps, water piping systems, and fire sand trucks to combat the blaze effectively. Essential supplies and goods were relocated to a safe area.

In preparation for the drill, THACO Plastic Components Plant conducted a comprehensive theoretical training session covering the following key areas: fire prevention, the proper use and operation of fire prevention and firefighting equipment, detailed plans for responding to fire and explosion incidents, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively prevent and respond to emergency situations before the drill.

This drill serves to solidify, supplement, and enhance the knowledge and experience of personnel in responding to such emergencies. This translates directly to improved worker safety, asset protection, and ultimately, the stability of production and business operations, especially during the heightened risk of fire incidents during the hot season.
