THACO INDUSTRIES organizes encouragement meeting for employees transferred to THACO AGRI's complexes
THACO INDUSTRIES held a meeting on July 16 to send encouragement to employees transferring to projects at THACO AGRI's Agricultural Complexes. The event was attended by THACO INDUSTRIES President, Mr. Do Minh Tam, alongside leaders from affiliated companies and units.
Speaking at the meeting, THACO INDUSTRIES President Do Minh Tam said highly of the enthusiasm and willingness to accept new roles of employees. He also emphasized: Taking on new responsibilities in an equally new environment presents both challenges and opportunities for growth. THACO AGRI is currently building a robust industrial governance model. By leveraging their experience, enthusiasm, and willingness to innovate, THACO Chu Lai employees, including those from THACO INDUSTRIES, can become instrumental in driving THACO AGRI's dynamic production transformation. The THACO INDUSTRIES leader exhorted employees to embrace a spirit of contribution, dedication, and perseverance. Together, they will be able to overcome challenges and excel in their new roles. By uniting with their colleagues, they can contribute to the continuous growth of THACO Group.
Representing 14 employees who will transfer to THACO AGRI, Mr. Do Ba Trung, a Vehicle Body and Auto Mechanical Components Production Director at THACO INDUSTRIES's Mechanical Complex shared: "For over two decades, my colleagues and I have dedicated ourselves to THACO's journey. We've achieved stability in both our personal and professional lives. Yet, when the call came to take on this new challenge, we have willingly responded. We embrace difficulties, rise through hardship, and remain dedicated, trusting in THACO's leadership."
Mr. Ngo Tran Thien Huu, a Planning Manager at the Mechanical Complex said: "The Board of Directors' words of encouragement before our departure were truly inspiring. We are ready whenever THACO calls, and we take pride in being entrusted with these tasks. In this new environment, we will uphold our sense of responsibility and discipline. We are committed to active learning, continuous improvement, and exceeding expectations in accomplishing our assigned duties."
To mark the occasion, THACO INDUSTRIES' Board of Directors representatives presented symbolic gifts, further motivating employees as they embark on their new assignments.
To fulfill the critical need for high-quality personnel in the agricultural sector, individuals with a positive attitude, strong will, and the determination to overcome challenges, and aligning with the Chairman's focus on human resource development through targeted assignments, the THACO INDUSTRIES's Board of Directors launched a staff transfer to THACO AGRI's complexes in Laos and Cambodia. Since 2022, this initiative has seen 309 THACO INDUSTRIES employees to take on these challenging roles.
