THACO CHU LAI organizes Project Governance course
THACO Chu Lai hosted a Project Governance training program for nearly 200 managers and specialists from THACO INDUSTRIES and THACO AUTO Production Division. The course ran from April 12 to 20.
Project Governance is a roadmap that guides successful project delivery, involving applying expertise, tools, and techniques throughout the project cycle – from the initial idea to completion. This ensures the project meets its goals, stays on budget, adheres to timelines, and utilizes resources effectively.
The training program was instructed by Dr. Nguyen Quyet Chien, an economic and finance expert, the Deputy Director of Vietnam Institute of Entrepreneurship Training and Development. This course equipped participants with a comprehensive understanding of project governance, including foundational concepts, complete project lifecycle, various project governance styles, roles and responsibilities of project managers and their organizations, how to select and implement the most effective methods for their specific needs. The program also offered practical exercises that allowed participants to hone their skills by planning and simulating real-world project management activities.
After the course, participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills to master project lifecycles and control progress effectively, deploy projects efficiently and swiftly, while minimizing risks and costs, enhance teamwork and communication for improved efficiency, ultimately achieving THACO's production and business objectives.
