On October 6, at the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs' Association's 20th anniversary themed Innovation Journey, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong attended as its former chairman during the first and second terms.

Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs' Association was established on May 28, 2003. After 20 years, the organization has become a strong member in the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs' Association with good reputations in the business community and substantial contributions to the socio-economic development in Dong Nai province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Bach Long, the Association Chairman said, "After 20 years, the Association has created stable jobs for hundreds of thousands of local workers across the province. Not only in business, we have also encouraged members to participate in community programs to embrace the social responsibility cause of the young Dong Nai entrepreneurs during the past time."

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Son Hung, the Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People's Committee recognized and lauded the efforts and contributions of the association in production and business, especially their contributions to the communities in the province. According to the province leader, it is necessary that the organization educates the Party's policies, Vietnamese laws and the provincial policies to its members in a more thorough fashion.

The event also organized the seminar named "Growing from the young entrepreneur legacy" with the participation of former chairmen of the association over the time. At the seminar, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong shared his lessons and experience in business development, giving the younger entrepreneurs the ingredients to successfully grow the association as well as their own businesses.
