The training was for 40 employees who are managers and sales representatives in Northern Vietnam.


Attending the program, learners not only understood the brand history but also knew ways to improve their sales and marketing skills, the brand positioning and product values of MINI.

In addition to theory given by the instructors who are experienced THACO AUTO business executives, the program integrated role-playing and simulations to increase interaction and showcase case studies in reality. The learners also had a test drive on MINI cars during the program.


After the training session, Mr. Le Cong Hoang, a Deputy Sales Manager at BMW Bac Giang said, “In addition to the updated knowledge about MINI brands and products, I also joined the simulations. The experience has helped me have a deeper dive in the product, and at the same time gaining more expertise in handling customer feedback.”
